Grants for 67 Black and Indigenous midwives and future midwives!

We are proud to announce that we have selected 67 Black and Indigenous midwives and midwifery students in the U.S. to receive our BFF+Baby Yams Watering the Seeds grant! We granted $75,000 to these phenomenal birthworkers and community leaders in our first partnership with Tatyana Ali and Baby Yams. Congratulations to all of our grantees!

For this and all of our BFF grants, we offer an intentionally accessible application process, and streamlined grant distribution that allows us to reduce barriers and get funds to grantees.

Our BFF grassroots donors power everything we do. We were thrilled to bring BFF's model of grantmaking, and our collective abundance, into partnership with Baby Yams and Tatyana Ali's commitment to supporting Black and Indigenous birthworkers.
